Tajohnáe “Taj” Miller

Tajohnáe “Taj” Miller is deeply passionate about advancing meaningful change for birthing mothers. She is dedicated to supporting initiatives that improve outcomes, equity, and access to care. A NY native and Delaware transplant as of late 2020, she brings over a decade of experience in enterprise and insurance risk management, training and development, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, Taj has been recognized for her analytical approach, strong financial stewardship, and ability to build effective systems that support organizational sustainability and growth.

Taj applies her expertise to ensure sound financial oversight, transparency, and responsible governance in support of the organization’s mission. Her background in risk management and compliance enables her to identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining strong internal controls. She brings both professional rigor and personal commitment to her work on the board. Taj currently serves as board treasurer.
