BIOGRAPHY
I’m a trained birth and postpartum doula passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. My approach is rooted in compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each family’s individual values, traditions, preferences, and goals.
With a background in health policy, change management, and education, I bring both empathy and an organized, evidence-informed approach to doula support. I especially value helping families navigate the emotional, practical, and informational aspects of becoming parents while creating a calm and supportive environment.
I’m also passionate about culturally responsive and inclusive doula care, with a particular interest in supporting Black and multicultural families and recognizing the ways culture, identity, and family traditions shape the birth and postpartum experience.
Whether you are preparing for your first birth, welcoming another baby, or navigating the postpartum period, my goal is to help you feel heard, prepared, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
