Welcome Mammas,
My name is Aliyah Bennett-Ruff. I am a certified Doula & Lactation Educator. As a mother myself, I will advocate for you! We will meet, consult a birth plan, enjoy each other’s company, and welcome your beautiful bundle of joy earth-side!
I have a degree in Nutrition Sciences and I focus my services heavily on positive food relationships and meeting nutritional needs.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I accept, respect, and encourage clients with other faiths and spiritual beliefs. We will make your pregnancy and postpartum experience as blissful as possible.
We will create a safe space for you to express how you’re feeling. I am excited to be welcome as your family embarks on this beautiful journey. Thank you for considering me!
