This session centers fathers and partners as essential caregivers in the postpartum period.

Participants will learn how to support physical recovery, mental health, infant care, and household balance after birth. The conversation also addresses paternal mental health, breaking harmful gender roles, and building confidence as an engaged, informed parent.
