A passionate advocate for empowerment, Shamīca “Star” Spencer channels her expertise into building stronger communities, from supporting maternal health to cultivating the next generation of artists. In her role as a Community Outreach Worker with NHC-DE, she serves Black Mothers in Power (BMIP), where she connects families across Delaware to critical resources and champions the cause of maternal health and equity.
Her mission extends into the creative arts as the co-founder of Diamond Fox Entertainment, an enterprise she established with unsung music industry legend D’LaVance Sullivan, the uncle of rapper Ty Dolla $ign. Furthering her commitment to artistic excellence, Shamīca founded Star Beyond LLC, a creative agency, and Star Beyond Academy, a premier virtual private school for artist development and artist etiquette.
