Relief Fund Program

We have organized a program designed to provide Delaware families with immediate relief (diapers, wipes, formula, laundry cards, gas cards, bus cards, cellphone bill assistance, etc.) and funding towards paying a Doula.

Bail Fund for Mothers

We will bail out mothers and caregivers all-year long to reunite them with their children. We recognize the devastating harm and disproportionate impact that cash bail and pretrial detention have on our communities as Black people, especially Black women.

Scholarships

Midwifery Scholarships

We provide $2000-$4000 a year to qualified candidates interested in midwifery school or current midwifery students who are BMIP members. We want to increase the number of Certified Professional Midwives and Nurse-Midwives throughout the State of Delaware.
