WHAT IS WORLD DOULA WEEK?
The objective of World Doula Week ("WDW") is to give doulas around the globe a platform to promote the physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing of women, newborns and families in childbirth and postpartum.
The events during WDW are organized globally, to bring attention to the positive effects of having a doula in childbirth and the postpartum period.
