Brittany Williams

 

Brittany is a keen public health administrator with a honed lens for equity within care and the founder of Black Girl Health Collective an organization focused on narrowing the gap between providers and communities. Possessing a strong background in reproductive health and justice, she brings over 15 years’ experience within leadership roles in the federal public health and non-profit healthcare sector supporting organizations as an operations and content expert to the Black Mothers in Power Board.

Throughout her career, Brittany, a multifaceted leader, has served as a full spectrum doula, senior level leader, an investigator, facilitator and avid patient advocate.

Most recently prior to the Black Girl Health Collective, Brittany worked at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England as a Regional Director of Clinical Services supporting the Fairfield and New Haven Communities of Connecticut by increasing access to primary and reproductive healthcare.

A prolific and dedicated facilitator, Brittany spends much of her focus on increasing access to care and programs, advocating for autonomy and trauma informed care, and amplifying and centering the voices of the most placed-at-risk communities across the country.
